It was because courier service providers will calculate the postage by the item's volumetric dimensions instead of its actual product weight. And that's why we charged customers additonal shipping charges.

But we have a Good News to you, starting from now, we will waive off the additional shipping charges and do FREE SHIPPING To Areas Within Peninsula Malaysia for customers. Now for bulky items, customers only need to pay the product price and if is MYR200.00 and above, we will do FREE SHIPPING for you to ship to anywhere within Peninsula Malaysia locations.

As for East Malaysia and International customers, we will still maintain the same practice as before.

What is Bisphenol-A (BPA)?

BPA is a chemical used primarily in the production of polycarbonate plastics and epoxy resins. Polycarbonate plastic has been used for baby bottles (as well as water bottles, medical devices, sports equipment, etc.) because it is less likely to crack or shatter, which can lead to injuries.

And some scientists are worried that BPA can leach from the plastic into liquid held in the baby bottle, especially when bottles are heated to extreme temperatures, and that the chemical may affect the body, particularly in young children.

So as a result, the government had banned baby bottles which contains Bisphenol-A from selling in the market currently.

We would like to announce a New Delivery Option to ship out your orders for all East Malaysia bound customers.

Appreciate your understanding that we are unable to offer Free Shipping for East Malaysia orders. But we source out another delivery option which can allow East Malaysia bound customers to save on the shipping costs.

Although it will take around 5 working days for the order parcel to reach at destination, you can SAVE around 50% of the shipping charges that we quoted earlier from fast courier service providers.

So now, for e.g., you have a 5kg items to ship to a destination to East Malaysia. If as per delivery option (Fast Delivery) earlier, the shipping charges will be RM 70.00.

But now. by selecting this normal parcel delivery option which will take around 5 working days transit time, 5kg items, shipping charges will only be RM 26.50. Which means you save RM 43.50 on the shipping charges.

Both delivery options (Fast Delivery & Normal Parcel Delivery) will be available for selection when you checkout on your shopping cart. Our system will calculate out the shipping charges and shown, for you to select your own preferred delivery option before you process your payment to us.

For those who do not mind to wait 5 working days for your order items to arrive, i strongly recommend that you select this delivery option.
